Leyton bathroom suite.

A beautiful bathroom suite that made the most of a modest space. Having taken out the old bathroom, we worked with the customer to create the new bathroom layout design. We installed a concrete sink, free-standing bath and gold taps, which created an incredibly elegant and stylish finish.

This suite was featured in Portuguese Vogue Magazine.

Special thanks must be given to the customer, Catarina, on this project. Her creative vision made the project an absolute pleasure to be a part of, and her incredible photos have really brought the essence of what we’ve achieved to life.

Wanstead bathroom suite.

An incredible transformation from a tired and dilapidated suite to a contemporary space with classic touches. Like with all new bathrooms, we worked with the customer to sketch out the bathroom layout, design and to decide on the best bath, toilet, sink and light fittings for the theme and colour scheme. Check out those floor tiles!

Also, that is us loving life on the scaffolding where we replaced the old cast iron downpipe with an impressive imitation made entirely of plastic.

Hampstead plant room.

Due to limited room in this loft space, and the need for a large amount of cylinder capacity to service the large property, we installed two smaller cylinders here. These photos don’t do justice to the scale of the space - it’s small. And that posed many challenges when installing these two guys, and all that pipework.

Hampstead central heating install.

A couple of floors down from the plant room photographed above, the utility room in the photos below required meticulous planning to ensure plenty of space was left to service parts. The work in this room included the installation of a large Vaillant boiler and a hefty amount of complex pipework.

Being neat and tidy here was paramount. And liaising with trade colleagues was necessary, too, to make sure the guys coming in after had room to carry out their work.

Chingford boiler install.

This east London boiler install involved shifting the boiler position from downstairs to the spare bedroom to create more space in the kitchen. The boiler we found when we turned up was frightening. It’s always satisfying ripping out a lashed-in job and replacing it with something both you and the customer can be proud of.

When the time comes, the engineer that replaces this boiler will be thankful it was installed so professionally.

Leytonstone boiler install.

Another east London boiler install. Again, we moved the boiler from the downstairs utility room to the loft to free up a lot of space. This has the added advantage of enabling easy access for servicing and general maintenance - it’s an absolute dream.

We’ve also developed a pretty efficient method of getting those boilers through the loft hatch. To the best of our knowledge, no other London plumbers use this technique!
